- Comprehensive Insurance : Comprehensive cover is automatically included in your contract.
- Comfort Guaranteed : For your comfort, all our hire vehicles are equipped with air conditioning.
- Price Transparency : The price shown includes all taxes (local VAT).
- Flexible Delivery Service : We will deliver your car free of charge to Plaine Corail Airport, your holiday accommodation or anywhere else on the island.
- Free Return : Return the vehicle wherever you wish without any additional administrative fees.
- Drivers & Family : The second driver is complimentary and we provide a baby seat (free of charge, subject to availability).
Deposit and Excess: Trust above all else
At Rodrigues Rentacar, we do not block any deposit on your card when you collect the keys.- Limited Liability : In the event of an accident for which you are responsible, your contribution to the damages is limited to a maximum of €800 .
- No-Fault Accident : If a third party is at fault, their insurance will cover the costs. You will not have to pay anything.
- Important note : In the event of an incident, avoid any out-of-court settlements. Call us immediately and contact the local authorities to report the incident.
Practical Guide for Drivers in Rodrigues
- Fuel Policy : We apply the principle of fairness. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was delivered.
- Rules of Conduct : In Rodrigues, as in Mauritius, driving is on the left. Stay alert for uneven terrain and animals roaming freely!
- Availability : If the selected category is no longer available, we undertake to provide you with a model of equivalent or superior quality.
- Simplified navigation : Mobile network coverage may vary. We suggest you install the app MAPS.ME for smooth, offline GPS navigation across the entire island.
Delivery and Support
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please provide us with your logistical details in step 3 of your booking:- Airport Reception : A member of staff will be waiting for you with a name sign as you exit the terminal (please remember to provide us with your Air Mauritius flight number).
- Delivery to holiday cottage/hotel : Please indicate the address and desired time in the notes.
